These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wealthiee platform, website (wealthiee.ai), and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Wealthiee Sàrl, a company registered in Geneva, Switzerland, with its registered office at Rue de Rothschild 35, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland (“Wealthiee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Access to the Service requires a paid Subscription. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are described on our website or provided during the sign-up process.
All Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month on the same date.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept the payment methods indicated during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to modify Subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. Continued failure to pay may result in termination of your Subscription.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing at our discretion. At the end of a trial period, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. We reserve the right to limit trial eligibility.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by sending a cancellation request via email to contact@wealthiee.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
The Service is designed to help financial professionals identify, engage, and manage prospects. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date Prospect Data, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data made available through the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Prospect Data complies with all applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for ensuring that any outreach or communications conducted through the Service comply with applicable anti-spam, marketing, and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where your prospects are located.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, content, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Wealthiee Sàrl and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the Service.
You retain ownership of Content you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
Support is provided in accordance with your Subscription plan. Details regarding support channels and response times are available on our website.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your Account data after a reasonable retention period, unless we are required by law to retain it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealthiee regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
